£19m BIMBO of Golddigga, a highly leveraged deal backed by Octopus Private Equity completed in 2006. Substantial improvement initiatives encompassing IT, logistics and quality control, generating significant margin growth and cost reductions, adding £400k to the bottom line. New business signed, including a major Turkish client with a £500k annual run rate and lucrative distribution partnerships in Russia and Japan.
